These terms apply to appointments booked with, and products purchased from, The Hair Lane.
Appointments
Appointments can be booked online. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the time to another client.
Hair purchases
Hair is colour matched and prepared for you. For hygiene reasons, hair that has been opened, applied or altered cannot be returned unless it is faulty. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Aftercare
Following the aftercare advice you are given helps your extensions last. Results depend on following that advice and attending maintenance appointments.
